Brewing methods for steeped coffee:
Hot brew:
1. Put the coffee bag into the cup, add 80ml of hot water at a temperature of 90-95 degrees Celsius, and steam for 30 seconds;
2. Continue to add water to 150 - 180ml (according to your own taste)
3. Soak and extract for about 4 minutes, during which you can twitch up and down to speed up coffee extraction
4. Take out the bubble bag and the extraction is complete

Cold brew:
1. Add 120-180ml of cold water directly into the bottle, and close the bottle cap tightly (if you want to drink directly after cold extraction, you can add a little more water; if you want to add other materials such as milk, oat milk, sparkling water, etc., you can use less some water.)
2. Put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours
3. Shake the bottle several times during the period to increase the extraction;
4. After refrigerating for 8 hours, take it out and drink it, or add milk, sparkling water, etc.
