Pyramid tea bag packing Machine - Green tea Production Line with Box

Pyramid tea bag packing machine can pack triangle nylon tea bag into outer bag, and then pack 10 tea bags into a box carton.

As request, we reserved a connector to fill the Nitrogen Gas into the tea bag to extend the shelf life, although for tea, it is not necessay, but client wanted to make it special for end-consumers!

We are glad to say that we finally completed the pyramid tea bag production Line.

1. Tea is automatically packed into inner bag and then into outer envelope by our pyramid tea bag packing machine.
2. Envelope is automatically sent to feeder of automatic box packing machine, and then 10 bags is packed into a outer tea box.
