The fully automatic doypack pouch packaging machine is a type of packaging equipment to fill products into stand up pouch with zipper, instead of manual packaging and realizing packaging automation.
Function of machine:
Doypack pouch packaging machine will automatically take the bags, print the date, open the bags, and give the filling system a signal to measure, and fill the products, seal, and output.

5. The packaging bag has a wide range of applications. It can be applied to prefabricated bags and paper bags made of multi-layer composite films, silica, aluminum foil, single-layer PE, PP and other materials.

Packaging process of doypack pouch packaging machine:
1. Grabbing pouch: The arm will automatically grab pouch, and feed pouch to the filling system, without no warning, reducing the use of manpower and labor intensity.
2. Printing production date: The ribbon detection system is added to machine, to make sure each pouch will be printed with correct production date.
3. Opening bags: Extra detection system is set up to make sure each pouch is open, after then will give a singal to filling system.
4. Filling products: Machine will guarantee the products is filled into the pouch, and then pouch is sealed up, to ensure no waste of bags.
5. Sealing pouch: Abnormal temperature alarm to ensure sealing quality.
6. Cooling shaping, discharging: to ensure beautiful sealing.
With different unloading method, doypack packing machine can pack following products:
1. Liquids: detergent, wine, soy sauce, vinegar, juice, beverages, ketchup, jam, chili sauce, bean paste.
2. Blocks: peanuts, dates, potato chips, rice crust, nuts, candies, chewing gum, pistachios, melon seeds, nuts, pet food, etc.
