The steeped coffee bag is similar to a tea bag, usually a corn fiber bag with a thread and tag; The drip coffee bag has an easy tearing opening on the top and haning ear on both side that allow to hook the cup when brewing.

2.1: The grind size for coffee - Extra coarse / Medium coarse / Medium fine / Extra fine
Grinding degree is dependent on the extraction method of the bag. Steeped coffee is immersion extraction, and the grinding degree can refer to the French press, which should be coarse grinding; Drip coffee belongs to filter extraction, and the grinding degree refers to hand-brewed coffee, and the grinding degree should be medium-fine grinding;

2.3: Different coffee taste
You may find the different taste due to the grinding degree, brewing method and coffee beans variety for steeped coffee bags and drip coffee.

Steeped coffee is type of immersion extraction, because the coffee powder is continuously soaked in water, theoretically, the aroma is heavy and the smoothness is good, but the end will be thin.

The drip coffee adopts filter extraction. The water takes away the soluble substances through the coffee powder. Because the water continuously flows through the coffee powder, the soluble substances in the coffee extracted at different times are not the same, which makes the final extracted coffee very good.
